-Mites - (8U) - born in 2013 or later: Practices will be Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:15-6:15PM. Parents will be needed to help tie skates, gear out kids, etc.
-Squirts - (10U) - born in 2012 or 2011: coaches will be Kevin Oxley and Jesse Green. Practices will be Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, 6:30-7:30pm.
-PeeWees(12U) - born in 2010 or 2009: Practices will be held Mondays , Tuedays, Thursdays, 6:30-7:30 PM
Bantam/Midget 18U- born 2008-2003
Practice will be Monday Tuesday Thursdays 7:45-845pm
-Practice will begin the week of Monday, October 18th

OTHER ITEMS TO KNOW:-Rocky Mountain Hockey Schools will be November 2,3,4th. This fee will be $50 if you are registered with Craig Youth Hockey Assoc., if not, the fee will be $100. You can register for this school on the craigyouthhockey.com website as well.
-Skate For Free AND the Hockey Gear Swap will be October 16th at the ice rink. Make plans to swap out gear, get gear, grab a bite to eat, and skate!
FUNDRAISERS:-Fundraisers will be happening throughout the season! It is imperative that we raise some funds for the continuation of the hockey program. Please be prepared to volunteer where/when needed! If you have any good ideas for fundraisers, please reach out!
-'Tis the Season Tournament is a go (so far) for Squirts and Peewees (date is TBD). This our biggest fundraiser - please be ready to volunteer over the weekend for running the clock or the scoreboard - it takes everyone to make the tournament a success!
-New Years Eve Skate is a go (so far)! Please keep in mind that we may reach out for volunteers for baked goods, snacks, drinks. Plan to join us for a good time on the ice!
Do you know anyone else interested in hockey? If they are new to the organization, they can practice for a week without a fee, to try it out. They WILL need to register with usahockey.com ($66) to join the team practices.
Craig Youth Hockey Association is a non-profit organization that looks to provide our local youth with the opportunity to learn and advance their skills and love for the sport.
We love to have our families volunteer !
If you choose to help out please know that ALL volunteers need to go to USAhockey.com and register as a volunteer . If you would like to go into the locker rooms you also have to have your safe sport modules as well.
